To further support our growth, we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who gets energy from matching talent with opportunities and wants to actively contribute to our story.

Your role

As an IT recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z for IT consultants on the Belgian market.

What does that mean in concrete terms?

• Actively sourcing and approaching IT consultants (developers, system engineers, cloud, data, etc.).
• Conducting intake interviews and screening candidates qualitatively.
• Guiding candidates through the entire process.
• Working closely with account managers.
• Building a strong network within the Belgian IT market.
• Thinking along about optimization of sourcing strategies and employer branding.

You get autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Who are we looking for?

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of the Belgian IT market.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Commercial insight and result-oriented.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and positive.
• Team player who can also work independently.

You are someone who gets energy from people, sees opportunities and takes ownership.
